Greetings, gentle readers. It’s a lovely day here at Snark HQ, smack dab in the middle of the glorious creeping lameness rejuvenation of downtown Derm.
Our fortified bunker came under attack last week, but, as you can see, we survived the assault and even captured an enemy armored combat vehicle to boot.
The important thing is, we’ve made our stand, by god, and we’re telling the world: we’re here to stay! Drive by Snark HQ tomorrow, next week, or next year, and you’ll find us sitting in our rubble-strewn but delightfully plucky concrete shell of an office, continuing to give the area “local color.” What you won’t find is some chi-chi mixed-use retail environment or residential tower. No way! The Durham grit is here, my friends, and it’s here to stay!
